Description

After install of Smartvue SP1 and Mobility 9.5 SP1, cannot access the web console or smartvue web :

Resolution

Open an admin command pompt and run the following commands :

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727>aspnet_regiis.exe -i

C:\iisreset

Environment

Apply to LDMS 9.5 installed in French with smartvue 9.5 SP1 and Mobility 9.5 SP1
