Problem multi-select devices in 32-bit console

We are having an intermittent problem with trying to select multiple devices in the 32-bit console.  The problem doesn't seem to limit to any particular view.  It happens in All devices, Scope, or Queries.  I cannot hold down shift to select mutilple devies, nor Ctrl + A to select all.
