When trying to log into the console, it prompts error message "502 bad gateway"

Problem:

After upgrading or installing the console, there prompt error message "502 bad gateway" when trying to log into the new 32bit console.

Resolution:

This is caused by the proxy configured which caused the server sending local traffic to the proxy server.

Please follow the steps to bypass the local traffic for the proxy setting:

1. Go to the IE browser.

2. Click on the "Tools"->Internet Options.

3. In the prompt Internet Options window, click on the "connections" tab.

4. Click on the "LAN settings" under the Local Area Network (LAN) settings.

5. If the "Use a proxy server for your LAN(These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections)" check-box is checked, please also check the "Bypass proxy server for local addresses".
