Console Initialization Error: The underlying connection was closed. An unexpected error occurred on a send

Resolution

1. Opened IIS
2. Click on Default website in IIS
3. Click on Bindings in the right pane
4. Click on 443 and click on Edit.
5. Choose the correct cert In the drop down for SSL certificate. (This should be the cert name that is in the Keys folder)
   
   
6. Click on Apply, click on close, reset IIS and it fixed the issue
