Unable to click "Actions List" in Process Designer

Hi,

I am unable to click any of the "Actions List" for all Processes inside the Configuration Management module. Refer pic below.

As you can see in the red rectangle, I am unable to modify process, rename process, activate process etc. The "Actions List" buttons are somehow disabled.

Weirdly, this only happens in Configuration Management module because it works just fine with other modules. Please help.
